매장 1층에 주차가 가능합니다. 만차시 인근의 ‘강남구 치매안심센터’에 주차하시면 주차비를 지원해드립니다. 추가로 서울의 도로는 많이 막히기 때문에 지하철 이용을 권장합니다. 9호선, 수인분당선 ‘선정릉역’ 3번 출구에서 아주 가깝습니다.
서비스는 예약시간에 맞추어 시작하기 때문에 최소 10분전에 방문해야 합니다. 고객정보를 확인하면 배정된 방으로 안내해드립니다. 입장 후 간단한 안내와 메뉴설명을 듣습니다.
비언유주얼의 영상과 코스를 즐기는데 언어장벽은 크게 문제되지 않습니다. 영어로 적힌 메뉴가 제공되고, 배정된 좌석에 앉으면 모든 준비는 끝납니다.
런치 / 메인 코스의 이용 시간은 각각 최대 1시간 30분 / 2시간입니다. 예약시간에 늦으시면 흐름을 따라가기 어렵기 때문에 가급적 예약시간보다 일찍 방문하셔서 아름다운 대기 영상을 보며 여유로운 분위기도 즐기고 기념 촬영도 하시길 권장해 드립니다.

After deciding on the date, time, and number of people, please contact beunusual_official@naver.com. We will send you a reservation request form by email. Once you have paid the deposit, your reservation will be automatically confirmed.
Parking is available on the first floor of the store. If there is no parking space, parking at the nearby “Gangnam-gu Dementia Safety Center” will be provided with parking fees. In addition, we recommend using the subway because the roads in Seoul are blocked a lot. Line 9, Suinbundang Line, near Exit 3 of Seonjeongneung Station.
The service starts on time, so you should visit at least 10 minutes in advance. After checking, we will guide you to the assigned room and give you a brief guide and explanation of the menu.
The language barrier is not a big problem to enjoy the video and dining. A menu written in English is provided, and all preparations are completed when you sit in the assigned seat.
The lunch / main course is available for up to 1 hour 30 minutes / 2 hours, respectively. If you are late for the reservation time, it is difficult to keep up with the flow, so we recommend you to visit earlier than the reservation time, watch beautiful waiting videos, enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, and take commemorative photos.
